Goulburn Valley is the leading canned and packaged fruit company in Australia. The new brand proposition ‘We just love fruit’ had recently launched to the public and we needed to get every single member of the workforce to live up to this.
We created ‘The Fruition’ a manifesto book that was given to everyone from the CEO to the people on the factory floor. Designed to be inspirational but easily digestible, it helped explain every aspect of the brand in a simple, memorable way, and create a greater sense of pride, unity and purpose throughout the company.
